Thanks for taking the time to write me. Here's what I normally eat.
Breakfast: Eggs, turkey bacon, advocado, and a fresh pressed veggie juice (Spinach, celery, green apple, kiwi, pineapple, carrot, mint, lemon and carrot).
Lunch: Salad (green leafs, tomatoes, advocate, cucumber, artichoke), quinoa, and chicken/fish
Snack: green juice, ezikiel bread with salmon
Dinner: Normally same as lunch.
Sometimes I'll alternate and make chicken soup with veggies (broccoli and cauliflower) But yeah I started getting into nutrition a couple of years ago, there has been times where I haven't eaten any grains, but I started losing a lot of weight, and i didn't really see much of a difference in my skin either so I just figured eating grains is ok for me. I started eating healtier a few years ago, but it's only been for the last year or so I've been strict with the diet.
Also I forgot to say I only drink water. (Besides from the veggie juices i make)
