Re: Appointment with Nutritionist

I just checked my multivitamin. It contains 3,500 IU of Vitamin A so I should only take an additional 6500 IU of Vitamin A in supplement form. I found out my multivitamin contains gluten although the manufacturer's website states most of their vitamins are gluten free. Here are some brands that are gluten free:

- Nature Made
- Country Life
- Pioneer Nutritional
- Hero Nutritionals
- C-liac Vitality Packs at glutenfreevitamins.com
- Freeda Vitamins
