My diet is very unprocessed,low carb,gluten free and mainly organic
I also Water Fast for c.12 days every 3 months doing daily coffee and chamomile enemas followed by a proper colonic at the end.
Salt? is that replacing lost salt or supplementing? i use (probably too much!) pink himalyan salt in all my cooking.
I also have an Epsom Salt bath once a week.
Having looked through my supplements I do not have Selenium (though I do have Magnesium oxide and Niacin) in the mix so I will need to look up adding this.I feel like I'm rattling some days though ha ha!
Think I am going to start with 3 drops a day and adjust if needed.
