What you're including in your diet is fine, but dont force yourself to eat foods that you may not like - just to beat your candida.. It's possible to eat good foods - but also foods you enjoy to beat yeast infection.
To prevent a Candida yeast over-growth, eat foods high in fiber & protein along with some complex carbs & some fruit & vegetables. I would suggest:
55% high Fiber foods: Broccoli, celery, radishes, onions, garlic, ginger roots, cabbage, turnips and kale
