As you say it's not possible to say, especially with the added complication of the surgery you had.

Bottom line for me is- it's very unlikely to make it worse. It's very possible it might help recovery and ease some of the pain. The only way to find out is to undertake another fast and see.

I have a few foot issues myself, and they seem to need a lot of healing- ie many fasts. (one of my conditions is incurable, but fasting has helped it some)
