If your braces are removable, then of course you can.Use products for teeth whitening, and get white teeth.

Let me tell you.I use them, and they are good.

If, your braces are non removable, the i would recommend you to wait, till they are out.Then use the products.Its cheaper than visiting dentist all the time.
