There’s no need to do a cleanse; this won’t make any difference in the long run, but if you wish to do perhaps just one, it probably wouldn't hurt.
What you might try is a different antifungal. You’re taking two antifungals at the same time that contain antibacterial properties. This means that they are capable of destroying the beneficial bacteria in the intestines. The basic reason that a Candida infestation is able to form in the intestines is because there aren’t enough of the acid-producing beneficial flora to keep them out.
Virgin coconut oil, SF722 (Undecenoic acid), and the natural food antifungals such as rutabagas and Brussels sprouts are much safer than the two you’re taking.
Don't start but one of these at a time, and please be careful because they're all capable of producing die-off symptoms.
