Re: Candida and hormonal issues

Quote: "Here we have a fameous naturopath, who is claiming that when the overgrowth is under control, hormones will stabilise. And that nothing should be done about the imbalance, as "nature should not be corrected". Is this the right approach?"

It’s true that the hormones will eventually stabilize and become normal once the infestation is completely under control and all symptoms have vanished. But the key is getting rid of the infestation-size of the Candida population first, because if this does not happen, then the hormones will remain in a state of imbalance.

So the question is, are you on the correct type of diet and are you doing everything you should to increase the population of the beneficial flora in the intestines? Because the beneficial flora is the key to riding your body of the infestation.

One mistake I see is the GSE. Grapefruit seed extract contains anti-bacterial properties and will therefroe destroy the beneficial bacteria along with the fungus.
