Re: Gluten free cured anal fissure

I forgot to mention that I have had early relapses. I realized it was always after eating something with gluten in it. I would slip back into trying out foods with gluten every now and then because I thought it had been so long that I could handle it other times, it would be because I was trying not to be socially awkward with friends at a meal. It was never worth it. I would have problems the very next day.

Also, people ask about getting tested. I never did because I feel that the results are so obvious. Also, in order to test the antibodies, I am told I need to eat gluten for 6 weeks leading up to the test. I have no desire to put my gut through that again. There are plenty of starches for me to eat that don't have gluten. I love my rice, potatoes, corn, beans, quinoa, and oats.
