After many many years of suffering from candida, parasites and intense Sugar and carb dependance i see now the only solution is to retrain the body to take energy from fats instead of carbs and sugars. It is very important to note that without this the BODY WILL NEED THE Sugar AND CARBS TO RUN. It is not an addiction it is a neccesity based on the lack of another good source of fuel.

To start this process i went on a 10 day CREAM ONLY DIET. The best or organic whipping cream that is whipped. During these days the body enters ketosis where fats begin to be broken down as the PRIMARY source of energy. The cream contains 0% Sugar yet is the most amazing source of energy.

Once this initial phase has been done it is essential to continue to include these fats in the diet. YOU WILL SEE THE DIFFERENCE VERY CLEARLY!! A carb and sugar based diet needs to be refuelled every 2-3 hours. Fats burn for many more hours giving significantly improved energy levels and lack of a need for sugar. This changed my life after i was freed from the need to eat sugar. I always thought i was wrong to eat the sugar and tried so hard to avoid it but now i see it is what my body needed to run!! You can change that so easily.

NO FATS ( and good assimilation of those ) = A NEED FOR SUGAR!! SIMPLE!!!!

My life has changed beyond recognition from this simple change. If i eat to much sugar just 1 or 2 days with cream and fruit resets the whole mechanism. I can now even love to eat cake and bread and then with the fats in the morning the cravings are simply reset. I literally feel now when my body is running on the carbs or the fats. It is a big difference!!

In tibet that drink butter tea which is high fat content ( 80% + ) and i see clearly the benefits of this.
