The main thing that changed for me is breakfast. I could never find anything to eat before that was not carb based that gave me the energy i needed. THis is the problem, a carb based diet means you need to eat carbs every 2-3 hours and the hugh levels of Sugar feeds the imbalance.
So now it looks like this:
Breakfast : Organic apples with either whipping cream ( whipped is best for ease of digestion) 250+ml, Cream fresh or clotted cream. In other countries i would choose papaya, it has very low GI index. The fat is best processed when blood Sugar levels are not raised too much.
Lunch - Many times the power from the fat in the morning sees me through the whole day but i can also eat any combo of veg and salads and even more fruits.
Dinner - Often now i feel i can eat anything for dinner. The breakfast fats re-sets the system and also the dependance on the carbs.
If i see i have been eating to much carbs i simply have 2 days with cream and apples only and its all reset :-) I can even enjoy breads and cake now altough i never consume this within 4-5 hours of the fats :-)
