That's a great approach that you describe. I'm trying to do some mindfulness meditation each day, though the distractions seem a LOT worse than when I'm eating. I'm sometimes aware of being the watcher, watching. I feel quite aware of the feeling that I'm involuntarily putting people's nose out of joint, perhaps. But then that's something I'm oversensitive about anyway.

You're doing great! Hope the nasal drip clears up soon, it's really the worst when it goes on. I'll keep up with your progress...
