After four days, it's good to use. I've read that it improves with age, that after 8 weeks is best for mouth issues.
HOWEVER YOU MUST LEAVE THE CAP LOOSE SO IT CAN GET AIR. Otherwise, it is so potent that it burns like acid.
That said, I don't know if aged urine is preferred specifically for whitening. My understanding was daily urine is used.
