Teeth Whitening: How long to age urine for best ammonia content?

Hello!

I want to try using aged urine for teeth whitening. Ammonia, which increases with the aging process, is the agent responsible for the whitening effect.

However ammonia is also highly toxic. So my question is how long should I age the urine to make sure that on the one hand I get enough ammonia and on the other hand that I dont get too much, which would be toxic.

Is several weeks of aging okay? Maybe 4-8 weeks?
Is there anything I need to know aboput aging? I was planning on just putting the urine in a dark glass botlle, put a lid on and let it stand for 4-8 weeks.

I will use the urine to swish in my mouth and then spit it out.

I'm thankful for any tips,
blessings,
snowing
