So, I have had a difficult time finding an upper limit to how much grams of Madagascar cloves a person should take. I increased my dosage pretty high for a couple of days. I was doing very very well on it. However because of the movement and how large the infection has gotten I always feel I have to overcompensate to treat larger infections. If anything 10 grams a day is simply a little much. I was putting in raw cloves and grinding them and at first made capsules, but then resorted to simply dumping the powder into a cup and drinking it.
I need to exercise caution but it's difficult to achieve results when I try things that others try and it works for them but it doesn't for me. Anyways, it's hard to pinpoint what the exact problem is or how fast or slow the herbs and medicines should be alternated. I think the cloves are probably a better shot than the bloodroot capsules though and less expensive too.
