Do I need to rotate my use of supplements that actively kill candida/yeast/bacteria etc. when on an anti-candida protocol? I have read that the candida can become immune to the supplements being used if it is used for a prolonged use of time. I also have read it's best to not rotate them and use as many as one patient could possibly handle for a short period of time (lets say 3 months) to effectively kill much of the yeast infection while of course supplementing with probiotics. My main concern is not utilizing the supplements to their fullest potential and for the yeast infection building up a tolerance to the supplements therefore inhibiting me from combating my yeast infection for good.
