Wow, thanks for the detailed reply. I really want to have a try, but for now I can't unless I replace Lunch with fruit, because we can only have sandwiches for lunch. But the fact that it fixed up your knees is enough for me to commit to giving it a go, though not until I leave college. I would do anything to be able to run and jump again like I used to without fear. Next year I am going to go to a college where I cook what I eat, so I have a few more months here but in the meantime I will certainly clean up my diet a bit, though I have never been a big on junk food.
What do you think of this though, what would happen in I juice fasted for the first 5 days, then water for the next 10, then juice for the last 5, then slowly get back into a normalized diet?
