Found this book thanks to a detractor of MH showing up at ask trapper a few days back. I immediately started reading it from the middle chapter 'mechanism of digestion' all the way to the 3 quart enema chapter.
WHAT I CHOSE TO CALL BOOK I WAS WRITTEN IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS BY A DOCTOR WHO WAS WRITING DOWN HIS LIFE HISTORY AND HE DID NOT BELIEVE IN HERBAL USE AND LEARNED TO PUT DOWN ALL HE HAS LEARNED AS A DOCTOR AS FAR AS DRUGS AND OPERATIONS GO.....SO HE USED COOL 85 DEGREE ENEMA EACH NIGHT BEFORE BED TO CLEAN THE COLON------WHILE HERBALLY SPEAKING, THE LBB FORMULA DOES 20X BETTER JOB AND MAKES FASTING "SIMPLE" IN COMPARISON TO THE WAY THE M.D. DID IT.....BUT THE BOOK WORKS AS DESCRIBED FOR THOSE THAT ALSO DO NOT BELIEVE IN HERBAL USE.
During the time since I've had nothing but fruit in the morning, vegetable carbs for lunch and protein in the evening
SO THE BASIC AMERICAN WESTERN DIET OF 3 MEALS DAILY.....
and so far have done two of the suggested enemas.
NOT SURE WHERE YOU CAME UP WITH THAT, THE ENEMA WAS USED WHILE DOING THE DOCTOR'S 14 DAY ORANGE JUICE FAST AND NOT FOR PEOPLE EATING FRUITS, VEGETABLES AND MEAT DAILY.
Feeling so good I did a 1/4 mile open water swim today after not being in the water all summer and I'm 59!
ANYONE AT ANY AGE THAT CAN SWIM 1/4 MILE IS IN SUPERIOR HEALTH------SO IF YOU DE-WORM THAT BODY, YOU SHOULD BE SWIMMING LIKE THAT 100 YEARS FROM NOW..
Hoping this is the answer to my inability to gain weight with the new help of proper digestion. I'm 5'11" and barely 150 pounds.
ON THE THIN SIDE, I CAN ONLY ASSUME YOU "EXERCISE", ETC. TO BE STRONG ENOUGH TO SWIM THAT FAR.......WEIGHT IS DETERMINED BY THE HEALTH OF THE NERVES AND YOU ABILITY TO REST/SLEEP PROPERLY.
