VINEGAR NEEDS OXYGEN

Best to have an open container such as a 5 gallon bucket, then cover with a wash towel and seal with a rubber band (bungy cord),the towel keeps the nats out. You do not need old mother, the apple juice makes it's own very easy. Just take 5 gallons of apple juice straight from the apples, straight from the tree and nature will do the rest.
