Hi, I've bought and consumed four 9 gram packs of Lufenuron, from the owndoc.com (Sarah Vaughan)- without any effect, alas.
Please take in consideration:
1) The 9 grams of powder is only partially soluble in extra virgin olive oil.
In 420 ml of oil, temp. 22...35 deg Celsius, blended in a "Rocket Blender" in many 3-minutes sessions (this very fast blender has limited time of continuous blending)only ca. 2/3...3/4 of powder can be dissolved.
2) Lufenuron is transported across the mammal's body by lipids (cholesterol) - fleas ingest lufenuron as the "fatty" part of blood, together with proteins (red cells) and carbohydrates (glucose), and suffer.
Candidas not live on fat/proteins, so any diet of the "Atkins" type(fat + proteins) is for them harmful.
How come these little bastards can be tricked into eating fat containing the Lufenuron?
