How to eat well? "Your tastebuds will prove the charts are truthful" - The Brix Book

I've had a lot of fun with Brix and testing various foods. It's eye-opening, and a great help to being able to recognize the best quality from among the mass of whatever is offered. You will develop your own sense of knowing, by proving "the charts are correct".

And, if you get interested in growing your own food, a grasp of Brix will help you determine how well your effots are paying off.

What's a good lemon? What does it look like? What about a good, vs a so-so tomato? Why is a potato with "sunken eyes"
one to pass by? Why should anyone want to eat so-so fruits and vegetables, (which, by the way, can make a person quite acidic, the opposite of what they should do--AND cause a body to use up its own mineral stores, to 'remedy' the effects of poor quality.) Understanding all this can really help make the picture of good food=health much more gettable. Brix is a fun and interesting testing tool/concept to empower you.

Choice, the informed choice of many individuals; people learning how to say yes to good quality, will determine what is offered.
