"All of the Iodine doctors say that 50mg a day is the recommended dosage, and that 100mg a day is only recommended in cases of deficiency disease such as FBD, PCOS, I have never seen an Iodine doctor recommend 250-300mg a day of iodine"
-Grizz, this is not a doctor`s forum. Several of us have taken more than 100 mg and done very well.
Nothing good happened before I was over 60 mg. The even better stuff when I went over 100.
About the TSH, to the original poster; this test doesnt work very well, if at all.
- I wouldnt worry about it.
If you check your body temp it will give a much more accurate picture of your thyroid condition.
You will also then notice that when you get close to perfect body temp; your energy level and brain function are optimalized instead of minimalized. I noticed big difference from 36,5 to over 37 C.
