Well, im ectomorphic and i need to eat lots of food.
I usually eat 3 big probiotic yougurths at breakfast - each has about 285g. Then i eat another 3-4 during the day.
I need to eat about 3,500-4000 calories cause im a hardgainer and im tryin to boost my immunesystem by doin sports.
I eat them with cinammon, curcumin, jalapeno or vegetables to make them tasty - it aint really a problem to eat about 0,85kg per one meal. Im eatin 5-6 times a day so :)
