I think that chlorophyl can provide benefits, but I haven't found that it works well with the Plan during the first 8 weeks.
The GI tract is predominantly anaerobic, so adding oxygen can destroy bacteria that can only survive in oxygen-deprived environments. Oxygen-rich environments tend to have heartier strains of fungal candida.
