No one is rubbishing anyone.

Sulphite sensitiviy is extremely well known.

My only point was that you did the flush, which encompasses much more than taking epsom salt. Some people have extremely difficult reactions on the first few flushes and the reasons become apparent when you look into what is happening. Maybe you have a sulphur sensitivity, in which case it is good for you to look into things deeper because you could be reacting to dietary sulphur as well and not be aware of it.

Also just because two substances cause similar reactions it doesn't mean that the same reaction is happening in the body. It's your health not mine and the more information you have, the better you are able to resolve whatever is wrong with you.

You can do the Liver Flushes with magnesium citrate or magnesium malate just the same if you are in fact sensitive to magnesium sulphate. Some people do the flushes without any magnesium.
