Re: Question about Hunger

I had a similar thing at the beginning of NB and for me it came down to not eating enough fat. When I increased my fat, the hunger, and the hypoglycemia settled down. I am eating what seems to me an extraordinary amount of fat (probably about 6 tablespoons per day) but after gaining about 5 pounds at the beginning, I have stabalized and am neither hungry, nor gaining weight and my hypoglycemia is totally gone.

It may be that I need to address parasites as well, as Onwards suggested, but I would like to get out of the four lows first and the fat seems to be doing the trick meanwhile.
