I'm building a HUGE 32.5 G/hr ozone generator with 8 plates, 8 transformers to power them, two 6amp 12 volt power supplies to drive two super velocity 5amp fans funneled through two quad drive bays containing the plates inside of a monster rack mount server box I picked up surplus for $40. The unit is rated in g/hr sufficient to ozone shock treat 32,500 cubic feet of interior space. The fans are screaming loud and the 'black box' looks ominious. Plan to drum up some business part time letting this baby cook. I only have around $500 wraped up in it, I could charge that much for one treatment in my dreams. ServePro and Coit charge thousands for this service but they are insured and bonded to do work directly for the insurance companies using ozone shock for smoke and black mold remeadiation.
