Hi Faith 

I don't doubt that meditation will help.  As I noted at the start of my post, I had been doing a lot of meditation and it did help.  Many symptoms went away, especially the ones related to sympathetic dominance. 

I've done lots of energy medicine as well.  Heck, I even have my Level 2 Reiki now.

Yet many symptoms remained.

But when I started taking zinc and eating low copper foods, the copper came roaring out of storage in a big way. 

It showed up in detox symptoms , and it showed up in my hair.  It is not mythical.  Look at my latest test.

And copper keeps frigging climbing. 

Like I said in my original post, the only time it slowed down was during a stressfull period. 

I think copper ends being the biggest metal problem since we actually consume it in foods.  Some may get it from copper pipes, or pool chemical.  

Ever since I crashed in 2003 and started trying to eat healthy, I was eating nuts all day, Avacodoes, and other foods with copper. 

Everyone eats foods with copper in it. So if you are unable to eliminate excess, it will accumulate.

And now my aluminum is increasing.   And Mercury is starting to trend up as well.  Still low, but trending higher.

I had  9 large Amalgam fillings up until the age of 34…..Breathing vapours  like shown in this video.

Mercury is heavier and harder to remove.  What is supposed to happen is when my body is done with the lighter and easier metals (copper and aluminum), it will move on to the heavier ones.  So Mercury should continue to trend higher.

Here are the trends again.  It is kind of cool to see the movement over time.
