What supplements do you suggest adding with the "way of eating"?
What fruit satisfies your needs the best?
How much liquids(water,juice) do you intake?
I also noticed when I consume cooked food it causes a similar reaction.... It makes me engulf it and then 15-20 minutes later it destroys all my energy and vitality.
Another thing I noticed is that A LOT of fruits even if organic are mineral deficent and am starting to lean towards the certain ones... Such as dates, pineapple, OJ, Grapefruit, avocado.... Any others that please your body?
