A slim dieter who kept the weight off, told me when we do not eat breakfast our body goes into alert and panics and retains fat cells because it thinks it will not get fed so it retains its existing fat cells. Therefore a small breakfast, ie., 5 LBB
with a 1/2 cup of pineapple or 1/2 cup of grits or oatmeal with maybe a juice or clover tea signals the body it is being fed so the body relaxes and lets go of fat cells to be metabolized. So if you eat a small breakfast your body tells your fat cells it is being fed and can release old or excess fat cells. That theory made sense to me.
After about 18 months of fruitarian eating I was stunned at the BM and FM I would still release.
I now am very glad to have an indented waitline and flat stomach. All the fruit eating and LBB removed the old stagnant matter in and around the intestines.
I do not really like oatmeal or grits in AM, so I wash it down with LBB and herb tea. I want to see if eating a small breakfast keeps me from retaining excess fat cells and weight.
Breatharians say same, that at a certain point the body begins to cannibalize itself, and at that time you need to know how to transmute prana etc into nourishment. I have yet to figure how to transmuting prana into food. So if I feel hungry I roast a turkey breast on Sunday and have a few ounces of turkey in a sandwich for lunch if hungry during the weekdays.
It is hard being 100% fruitarian. It is way better then all the grains and congesting rices, millets, etc the asains diets use and macrobiotics eat. I think balance and heality intestines and fast complete elimination, may be the answer, a small amout of hominy grits, rice or oat for the glutonious fibrin matter in AM with tea and LBB or herbs, fruit for the cleansing and nourishing, and herbs for rebuilding and maintaining.
Maintaining good health and a maintaining a good body weight is an ongoing process and practice.
I think if I lived in Florida it would be easier to adapt to 100% fruitarianism. The cold north weather makes some protien eating seem a comfort or necessity.
