The comment was not snide, it was meant to coincide with the OP's reaction when he finds out that we have to resort to using medication meant for horses.

The comment wasn't helpful in answering any of his questions, granted, so you are absolutely right. It was just made in my own moment of disbelief that we have to use horse meds.
