Fruitarian Suggestions, By IntenseSmile

Since exploring this type of eating for half a year I have concluded that a couple supplements are needed to obtain energy, vitality, and peace of mind.... After the first couple weeks your body starts to adjust for "living" with the perfect food... It seemed as though my body knew this was the right food to eat and was making all the changes so it would work... Sort of recalibrating the machine(body)... In one night I became a fruitarian... No raw, veggie, or vegan... Just straight off the burning boat into the fruity ocean. To slow down the process eating one meal of steamed vegetables a week helped me to slow down this cleansing protocol. If I switched to raw and slowly introduced the amounts of fruits I consumed I felt it would of better introduced the amounts of natural sugars I was consuming. I experience some sugar highs and lows and seemed a bit rather discouraged at times... I stuck with it and over time my body used these sugars more efficently and it opened gate ways to higher mental clarity, memory, and love...

The first supplement is the addition of plant fats...

One tablespoon of plant fats seemed to lubircate my organs, mind, and increase my mood. M.O.G. suggested hemp seed oil so I will be giving some feedback on this in the future. I have been using organic flax seed oil.

The second supplement is MH's Mrs. Barefoot...

This Multi-Vitamin cures any pica problems I had and makes me feel completely nourished. I average 8-12 a day. If you have not tried this herbal formula you must!! The energy and memory enhancement it holds is amazing!

The third supplement is LBB...
I am still exhausting crude from my amazon river and still can't fathom how much mud over the years has been stuck at my dam.

Hope I helped out some friendly friends!

Experience Love,

Zach
