However, as long as Cetylpyridinium Chloride is present in the product then it should be effective. Just because it is listed as an inactive ingredient doesn't mean that it will just be dormant.

You know what? I shouldn't have said "if Cetylpyridinium Chloride was the least bit active" that was not the proper way to define it. Cetylpyridinium Chloride IS an active ingredient, there is just not enough of it in the product to LIST it as being active--that is a much better explanation, sorry for the confusion.
