No, I don't think that may be the case because it seems that the sodium fluoride and the Cetylpyridinium Chloride form an ideal compound that adheres to teeth (Cetylpyridinium Chloride) and then keeps them protected (sodium fluoride)--it could also be the other way around for these ingredients. I would much rather have the sodium fluoride ingredient be the one that is active because clinical trials show that it is beneficial to the health of teeth.

I also believe that getting rid of too much bacteria in the mouth at once may not be beneficial in the long run. Sargvy said that his improvement was gradual so, the Act mouthwash seems to be just the right one to use as the Oral B alternative.
