What is the safe dose for Methylene Blue? I am up to (slow increase) 7 drops 3 times a day. After a dose I feel better for about an hour, give or take. I am also up to 4 drops of Lugol's Iodine once a day.

I also highly recommend Vitamin D3 to be taken with the Borax. Borax has the action of de-calcifying soft tissue. The Vitamin D3 will help the body to re-calcify the skeletal structure.
