Its called Avene, it heals the lips and triggers their tissue repair mechanisms, then they are nourished and repaired. Out of all the creams I've used, this one is the most comfortable. However, something I noticed, whenever I use creams and put them on, the inside of my mouth gets really, really dry. Which is why I think using mouth wash and cleaning my tongue with a scraper (which I haven't done for 2++ years, so this really could be it) would work.
