Thats interesting because I have seen a huge difference since I actually started using a moisturizer as opposed to just Vaseline. Because really, Vaseline and Aquaphor arent moisturizers, the just retain moisture. And since I have started using a moisturizer again (Biafine) my lips have felt so much better.

I think your right I think moisture does play a significant role.
