Hey Dr. Eric Bakker hope all is well, I have two questions for you.
1. I notice I get muscle pain in the morning which I attribute to dehyrdation, the thing is once I have water its not just enough, until I have water with food I feel much better. I also have dizziness upon standing rapidly until water and food. I think this might be some parasite or candida taking water away from me.
What can I do to help with hydration?
2. If I haven't had diarrhea in like 4 years, does that make it less likely I have parasites? Would it be more likely candida is causes my bowel movements to be only once every three days.
