It could be a form of constipation. I'm experiencing similar problems. Docotr has put me on osmotic laxatives, they've helped alot but I'm still having trouble fully evacuating. Going back next week. Have you experienced any traumour to the anal / vaginal region? noticed my problem started round the same time I had vaginal sex with a guy who wasn't very experienced and it hurt like hell the next couple of days afterwards.
