Do not eat processed foods, bread, caffeine, Sugar or sweeteners, meat of any kind, dairy of any kind, oils, alcohol. No drugs, medicines, or tobacco.
Drink mostly fresh juice. Eat green leafy salads, and very little properly cooked organic vegetables. Your day should be 90% raw, and 10% cooked foods. Use organic foods and distilled water. (If you absolutely cannot get organic use conventional fruits and vegetables if you must).
Get a good juicer and learn how to juice! Juice, juice, juice! Google it, watch youtube videos, and drink LOTS of juice, mostly vegetable, 13, 8 ounce glasses a day. It will save your life.

Research "coffee enema." Learn what it does and how to do it. Get on a schedule and do 5 day if your are seriously chronically ill. It will save your life.
Move! Exercise as much as you can, up to an hour a day. If all you can do is walk with a walker for 5 minutes, then walk with a walker for 5 minutes, but do something! If you can do more, then do it. Hike, bike, walk, run, dance, skip, move! Exert yourself and sweat!
Look up "Dr Schulze, Incurables Program". Stimulate your immune system, learn about the "cold sheet treatment." Work this into your schedule as often as is necessary and appropriate.
If you can't get organic, just use what you can get. If you can't afford the best juicer, just get the best juicer you can afford. Learn the treatments, get on a schedule, be diligent and aggressive. Keep reading, keep learning. Stay away from foods, drinks, drugs, and substances that harm and pollute your body! Don't give up, be persistent.
