well it makes sense to me that there is bacteria in the "used" oil.
I don't agree that they are toxins excreted by the body but mainly bacteria naturally found in the mouth that glue to the oil.

For the curing effect i suspect the biggest half of the deal is what gets absorbed in the sublingual area.

I know only of one study that was performed in india, but it didn't have to do with toxins in the used oil... that one was about the healing effect of oil pulling on teeth and gums.
