Great point. All this debate over Lecithin makes me realize nothing is perfect, you do the best you can with the tools you can find. Preferably, the more natural the tools, the better. Sure, maybe lecithin used as a staple for many years could cause some detriments according to these hyping experts who write scare-tactic articles. But probably many things would do the same and you could write a scary article about it. Who cares. I can't keep track of it all. Someone could probably write an article about how oranges are bad for you and have 500 sources to back it up.
