Ciprofloxacin for morganella morganii and citrobacter freundii

Hey. Can anyone advise if ciprofloxacin is worth taking for these infections?

Looking up posts on curezone people seem to have bad reactions to this Antibiotic but a genova test I took recently suggests for the infections I have this is one that works against these two and also for one of the infections this being one that is more effective at inhibiting the growth of the organism.

Would anyone take this if it was what could be effective against bacteria in their body and also any protocols you might recommend to deal with or lessen side effects from the Antibiotics ?

Thanks
