I agree with the suggestions - garlic is strong raw! I had a similar reaction Yoe, i blended psyllium, clay water and raw garlic cloves (2 cloves homegrown - potent!) i drank half a pint quickly, my stomach moaned, i started severely salivating and uncontrollably vomited the whole lot up!
I've since discovered through gene testing i have a CBS gene mutation which can cause sulfur foods to not be tolerated well. Since cutting out garlic (raw and cooked), onion (raw), tomato, broccoli, cauliflower - i am doing better with my digestive health, with less problems.
Do you tolerate other sulfur foods generally?
Of course, it's not necessarily a genetic issue you're suffering with and the garlic is causing a die-off.
Go easy with the garlic..an excellent remedy but potent!
