When I stopped eating all carbs I got progress.
Im trying to do everything I can to get rid of this.
My only concern is Ive lost 35lbs, and look very skinny . So thats why I keep a small amount of carbs in my diet, I dont want to look like a sick person.
What do you folks recommend to eat so I dont lose more weight, when on low/no carb diet? I eat fatty oils, like Coconut oil, olive oil, and flax seed oil...hasnt made much difference in my weight yet.
