I will look into the selenium. I'm not comfortable taking these large amounts. But if I don't, my thyroid starts to hurt and I feel more anxiety. Maybe a combo of different kinds of selenium will work. Maybe some of the selenium I take is still being ruined by mercury? Maybe this is the reason I don't get toxic from it.
I do use magnesium chloride: in my bath, together with Sea Salt . I will look into lithium, thanks.
I don't take any calcium supplement. I eat biogarde (a kind of yoghurt) and cottage cheese, from which I get enough. I have been looking into calcium-d-glucarate, haven't tried it yet though.
I'm already taking zinc and copper. Good to know this will help with the stomach acid problem.
About the canola: I cannot believe that it is allowed to sell this. It is really bad for you. People eat themselves towards health problems. Besides: it is promoted as being healthy! Can't they be prosecuted for this?
Can't wait for my eyes to get better! I wouldn't mind getting rid of those pesky glasses. I have a cylindrical deviation in both eyes and my glasses have a strength of about -0,75.
