Hello Nadia, while I'm not exactly sure what your question is, (or was)I can hear that you've got yourself into a bit of a loop in your thinking. Remember to do some good deep breathing every day--maybe you do yoga, or something like that? This can help a lot with stabilizing all the processes and balancing the 'mental body'. (where the thoughts can all get piled up and create anxiety)The lungs are a MAJOR organ of elimination, and we often forget that.
Sounds to me like the body is simply cleansing and releasing. It is a process, right? (meaning only, it takes time, and there will be ups and downs, with how much comes out the skin, vs. what goes 'down and out'.)You were evidently still well into 'ceanse and release' mode when you began re-feeding. . . Not to worry.
The raw, living food alaklizes, and the body wants to push out what doesn't resonate with the alaklinity. At least that's the way it looks, to me, based on what you've posted.
