Yes and a Rubber bag can be hung on the top of a door which gives quite high pressure. However if using a large bag, be very careful because all that water would make a hell of a mess on your floor. Ensure the hooks etc are strong and not made of plastic. A thick metal hook works quite well in my experience and prevents it cutting into the rubber. I've tried small hooks and had water all over my bathroom floor when it became unhooked. Tweet
