Going to do my 1st Liver Flush - Please help!

This weekend I'm going to do my first Liver Flush and I have a few questions about it. My adrenals are not strong and since last few months I started having minor pain around lower right back, side and stomach area. I believe its because of congested liver. I tried to read as many messages as I can on this forum but I would appreciated if anyone can answer my questions:

1. I couldn't find Epsom Salt for oral only in my local pharmacies. I bought one which says soaking aid for minor sprains and bruises and saline laxative for short term relief of constipation. Since it says for constipation I assume it is safe to consume orally?? Can anyone verify that? Before I do actual flush I would like to drink some Epsom Salt to see how my body handle it.

2. Currently I'm doing parasite and colon cleansing along with drinking 2-3 apples' juice per day. Also taking magnesium, potassium and sodium supplement. I think it will help since i have weak adrenals. I plan to have 2-3 bananas for breakfast and raw cooked veggies for lunch. What about water? Can we drink water after 2 pm? It's summer time and sometimes it's get so hot and humid. What would happen if we drink water before and after, time for Epsom Salt drink?

3. During Liver Flush what if Gallstones get stuck in Cystic duct and/or common bile duct? What are the symptoms for that? and what should we immediately do so those stuck stones get passed thru?
