Yes it smells the worst after a bowel movement.
As for cleaning myself, I go even deeper inside and use toilet paper over and over, yet it never seems to end.
And wow, I never thought it could be hemorrhoids. I think I'll have to get that checked out.
Hm.. maybe I'll try using moist toilettes and see if it works.
